The Mauricie Ambulance Cooperative, located in the Mauricie region, currently has 182 members, including 164 paramedics. These professionals are assigned to service points across the territory served by the CAM, including the Trois-Rivières headquarters, two urban waiting points in Trois-Rivières, or the Shawinigan, Batiscan, or Bécancour fire stations, based on an annual deployment plan approved by the CIUSSS.

Objective:

As part of a major internal communication modernization project, the cooperative tasked the Melting IceCube team with deploying a dynamic display network in its six fire stations.

Description:

The project involves installing six screens across the six fire stations of the Cooperative. Content updates are managed through the X2O portal, RAO data streams, and various data feeds from the Ministry of Transportation and others. The screens display crucial information such as RAO indicators, appointment notices, events, and employee messages, enhancing internal communication with a modern and efficient solution.
